About Team Sigrun:
We are a tight-knit team of 20 individuals, operating globally but within the CET time zone. Our team consists of 10 full-time and 10 part-time members, all committed to supporting women in business and advancing gender equality. We believe in the power of online coaching and aim to create a positive and empowering environment for both our clients and team members.
Role Overview:
As the Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing affiliate partners, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to generate leads and drive sales for the company. You will work closely with the CEO/COO to review and refine the affiliate strategy and systems. Your goal is to maintain strong relationships with affiliates and optimize the affiliate program for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Strategy Review: After each major launch, review the affiliate strategy with the CEO/COO and identify next steps to improve and prepare for future launches.
- System and Process Optimization: Assess and update affiliate management systems, processes, and technologies post-launch, ensuring timely implementation of necessary changes.
- Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding: Proactively acquire affiliate partners well in advance of big launches. Train and onboard affiliates according to their experience level, providing 1-1 support to top partners.
- Relationship Management: Maintain warm relationships with affiliate partners throughout the year. Collaborate with the CEO/COO to plan engagement activities and communications.
- Tracking and Payouts: Ensure tracking systems are efficient and automated, making it easy for affiliates to track their leads and sales. Simplify and automate the payout process for affiliates.
- Communication: Keep most communications with affiliates through official channels, ensuring transparency and the ability for team members to provide support if needed.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improving affiliate contributions and overall program effectiveness.
- Content and Resource Provision: Develop and distribute marketing materials, promotional assets, and other resources to affiliates, enabling them to effectively promote our products and services.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and legal regulations. Maintain high standards of quality and integrity within the affiliate program.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role, preferably in the online coaching or digital products space.
- Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in using affiliate management software and tracking tools.
- Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize affiliate performance and program efficiency.
- Location: Must be based in the GMT/BST/CET time zone to effectively collaborate with our team.
- Qualities: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A team player with a passion for building strong partnerships.
